Ames Construction Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

A crusher hand with approximately 3 months of experience broke two fingers while performing routine maintenance on crusher apron. EE was able to return to work the following day

Supervisor of crusher crew suffered a laceration to his left hand while unloading a conveyor belt from the back of a pick up truck. The laceration required 30 stitches to his hand.

A piece of electrical switch gear broke off and arced between B & C phases inside switch gear. This caused an arc flash which resulted in a first degree burn to the operators face and neck on the right side.
