Ames Construction Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

THE EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO PLACE AN UPPER SUPPORT BEAM ON A WING WALL OF THE JAW CRUSHER.THEY USED THE BOBCAT BUCKET TO BALANCE AND WORK OUT OF.ONE FOOT ON LOWER BEAM AND ONE IN THE BUCKET.THE BOBCAT OPERATOR LIFTED THE BUCKET PUSHING THE LEG INTO THE UPPER BEAM.THIS AFFECT PUT GREAT PRESSURE ON THE LEG AND RESULTED IN A BROKEN ANKLE.
