WAS JAW PLATE F2R BETTER FIT ELECTRIC CORD WAS IN FRONT OF ME AND KEPT GETTING IN THE WAY STEPPED OVER AND MOMENTION OF NEW GRINDER WHEEL PENETRATED MY PANTS CAUSING A CUT IN MY KNEE CAP.
FOUR MEN WERE P6LLING ON ELEC CABLE TO HOOK UP TO GENERATOR DURING CRUSHER MOVE WHEN TWO OF THE MEN FELL DOWN. THE MAN INJURED WAS THE THIRD MAN IN LINE. HE HAD HIS HEAD TURNED LOOKJNG BACK. H TURNED AROUND I3 TIME TO SEE THE TWO MEN IN FRONT OF HIM FALLING. HE THEN LET GO OF THE CABLE AND AT THAT TIME HE FELT BACK STRAIN
