Concretos de PR Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

While installing the drum pulley IE was trying to accommodate the part in the right position, with the help of another EE. EE told the excavator operator, to lift the drum pulley in order to put it in place. Somehow IE had IE's left forearm between the drum pulley and the guards, and IE was smashed, causing small bruise.
