Arenero De La Montana · Struck against a moving object

Ee was waiting to move truck in. As he started to move, truck lost brakes resulting in loss of control. Truck rolled & ee struck head on left side, causing laceration to left ear. Has not returned to work full duty as of 7/30/03.
