Ford Sand and Gravel Inc. · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee operating the Crusher saw the belt stop on the machine and got off the machine to shut it down; on EE's way to the shutdown button, EE tripped and hit EE's head on a rock on the ground, cutting head. Received 3 stitches.

Miner was replacing a track pin in a crusher. EE smashed a finger when EE swung the 3rd time with the hammer. Taken to emergency room in Ashland, KS.
