EE WAS ASSISTING IN THE UNLOADING OF AUGER RACKS FROM A FLAT TRAILER. A BOOM ON A SERVICE TRUCK WAS LIFTING ONE SECTION OF A AUGER RACK WHEN THE CHAIN SHIFTED CAUSING A QUICK MOVEMENT IN THE P ART BEING LIFTED. EE WAS MOVING BACKWARDS TO AVOID POSSIBLE CONTACT WHEN HE TRIPPED OVER ANOTHER SECTION OF AUGER RACK CAUSING HIM TO FALL STRIKING HIS LEFT ARM ON A PILE OF ROCKS.
