I,NAME WAS REPAIRING AN AUGER CONVEYOR. HIS HAND WAS RESTING ON THE CONVEYOR FRAME. THE SHAFT OF THE CONVEYOR FELL ON THE SECOND FINGER OF HIS LEFT HAND, CUTTING THE NAIL AND BRUISING THE FING ER.
