OPERATOR WAS PERFORMING CLEAN UP DUTIES IN THE MAINTENANCE SHOP. WHILE PLACING TRASH IN THE BUCKET OF A END LOADER HE STEPPED BACKWARD AND FELL ON AN OIL DRAIN BUCKET APPROX. 14" IN HEIGHT AND 22" IN DIAMETER.
