SUBJECT GOT OUT OF HAULER AND WAS GOING TO DISMOUNT, HIS FOOT BECAME ENTANGLED IN THE ROPE USED TO PULL LUNCH BUCKET UP. AS HE WAS DECENDING THE LADDER HE LOST FOOTING AND SLIDE HOLDING TO HAN DRAIL AND PART. OF THE WAY DOWN FELL TO THE GROUND CAUSING POSSIBLE STRAIN, SPRAIN, AND OR BRUISES TO HEAD, NECK, BACK, AND LEG.
