Loading scrap iron for offsite disposal. Big piece of metal hit EE's left ring finger. EE came in at 9:15 a.m. on 1/19/16, made a doctor's appointment at Seneca Family Practice. They said EE fractured left ring finger but will be able to return to work immediately.

Walking to and stepping over water line with right foot first, then left foot, which caught the water line and caused the fall, hurting the right side and right bottom of right foot.
