Employee was cutting the frame work of grizzly feeder grate when the right hand corner broke off and dropped on his right foot.

Bear Materials-LLC · Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Mechanic working on Sand Plant claims he injured his left knee during shift, reported it to his supervisor on 9/25/06. He said he was lying on his back pushing up screen with his feet, "it must have happened then". He said that he didn't realize he hurt it until later that night at home, his knee was painful & swollen. He was sent to Medical Center on 9/26/06.
