AFTER DRILLING A HOLE, I,NAME WAS UNTHREADING THE DRILL ROD WITH A BREAKOUT WRENCH AND PLACED HIS HAND ON THE SLING CABLE TO PULL THE CABLE OUT, AS IT UNWOUND. AT THIS POINT I,NAME WOUND THECA BLE UP PINCHING HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER BETWEEN THE BREAKOUT WRENCH CABLE AND THE ROLLER SHAFT, CUTTING THE TIP OFF HIS FINGER.
