IMMEDIATE ROOF WAS SLICK SIDED SLATE. UNBOLTED FACE HAD STOOD APP. 8 HRS DUE TO ROOFBOLTER ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. ROOF GAVE WAY IN FACE PULLING APP 4 ROWS OF 48 INCH ROOF BOLTS OUTBY. ROOF FAI LURE WAS 40 FT. LONG TAPERING FROM 48" AT FACE TO 0 - OUTBY.
