HE WAS FILLING TANK WITH WATER. WENT TO GET DOWN OFF OF THE TRUCK AND THE PIECE OF METAL HE WAS HOLDING ONTO GAVE LOOSE, CAUSING HIM TO SLIP, CAUSING HIM TO HIT THE BACK OF THE TRUCK WITH HIS LEFT HIP AND CUTTING THE PALM OF HIS LEFT HAND.

THEY RELEASED HIM FROM EMERGENCY ROOM AROUND 4:00 AM ON 3/12/2003. EMERGENCY ROOM DR GAVE HIM A SLIP TO RETURN TO WORK ON 3/13/2003.
