INJURED WAS INSTALLING TRACK PIN ON TRACK ON EXCAVATOR BY USING A HAMMER HE HAD HIT PIN SEVERAL TIMES WITH HAMMER WHEN A PIECE OF METAL CAME OFF OF PIN AND STRUCK HIM IN THE LEFT SIDE ABOVE WAIST LINE PENETRATING THE SKIN.
