EE seen water coming out of sandscrew and pointed at it and was unaware there was a hole in sandscrew and it cut the tip of right index finger almost off. Was taken to hospital and was stitched up and returned back to work.

Mechanic was cleaning debris out from around a 226 Skid Steer pump area. Throttle cable had wire protruding away from it and Mechanic's right hand 4th finger came in contact with the wire, puncturing the finger just above the knuckle.

Employee was removing a bottom guard from D9R Track - Type tractor. When he removed the last bolt from bottom guard, the guard slipped off the chain and struck his right hand.
Driver was loading the shot from the inside the truck and the wind was blowing toward the cab when emulsion blend blew through the window going in the left eye.

Employee and technician from Telsmith Company were pulling bearing out of 8x24 Telsmith shaker. Employee was adjusting impact wrench with help of technician. Due to numbers worn off wrench, socket flew off impact wrench hitting shaker and came back, hit employee in mouth. Note: at this time there was no injury. When employee went to dentist he found his false tooth was cracked.
