THE VICTIMA ND PARTNER WERE PUSHING CONCENTRATE BARREL INTO A FRONT END LOADER BUCKE TWHEN ONE OF THE BARRELS BEING PUSHED BROKE IN TWO AFTER HITTING HTE BUCKET LIP. THE TOP OF THE BARREL FEL L INTO THE BUCKET THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL FELL BACK LANDING ON THE VICTIMS FOOT.

THE VICTIM AND HIS PARTNER WERE REINSTALLING LEAF SPRINGS ON A 20 TON DUMP TRUCK. THE VICTIM PICKED UP ONE END OF THE LEFT SPRINGS TO ALIGN THE LEAVES WHEN HE SPRAINED HIS BACK.

THE VICTIM AND 2IS PARTNER WERE REMOVING A ROCK WHICH HAD LODGED ABOVE THE PORTAL.THEY WERE SKIDDING THE ROCK FROM THE PORTAL WITH AN ENDLOADER AND A 40' CABLE WHICH WAS ATTACHED TO THE ROCK A ND THE LOADER.T2E ROCK HOOKED ANOTHER CABLE WHICH WAS CONCEALED AND ATTACHED TO A 7" DIAMETER DEAD TREE.THE TREE FELL STRIKING ON HIS LEFT ANKLE.
