SHOVELING UP COAL BEHIND PARKED CUMP TRUCK WHEN HE TURNED AND STOOD UP STRAIGHT. HE HIT HIS HEAD ON REAR OF TRUCK WHICH CAUSED A BUMP ON THE LOWER LEFT HAND SIDE OF HIS HEAD.
