THE SEAT IN THE R-22 EUK HAS A SPRING LOADED MOUNT. THE BACKOF THE SEAT GOT STUCK UNDER A BRACE ON THE BACKOF THE CAB. WHEN HE HIT A BUMP THE SEAT BOUNCED UP CAUSING EE TO HIT HIS BACK O N THE BACKOF THE SEAT
EE WAS SHOVELING WET SAND NEXT TO PLANT WHEN HE STRAINED HIS BACK. EE SAID HE HAD PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK & LEFT LEG. I WAS TOLD AT THE TIME OF THEIS INCIDENT THAT NO CLAIM WOULD BE FILED DUE T O PRIOR PROBLEM. EE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM ABOUT 2 YRS AGO
STEPPING OFF THE TRACK HOE, I STEPPED ONTO A LARGE STONE AND TWISTED MY ANKLE.
