WHILE STRIPPING, A TREE FELL ACROSS DOZER. EMPL GOT OFF MACHINE AND LIFTED TREE OFF TO CONTINUE WORK. LIFTED THE TREE,EXPERIENCED SHARP PAIN IN BACK. AT THE END OF SHIFT TOLD I.NAME OWNER WHAT HAD HAPPENED. WORKED THE NEXT 2 DAYS BUT COULDNT GET UP TO WORK ON THE 3RD DAY.

WHEN H E TRIED TO STAND UP HIS DISCOVERED HE COULD NOR RAISEDUP AT THETIME HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS BACK. HE RETURNED TO THE DOZER TO OPERATE UNTIL THE SUPERVISOR CAME AND SENT HIM TO THE DR.

HE WAS WALKING FROM A PIECE OF MACHINERY TO HIS TOOL TRUCK. THE AREA SURROUNDING WAS ICY AND MELTING CAUSING IT TO BE EXTREMLY SLIPPERY HIS LEGS SLIPPED OUT FROM UNDER HIM CAUSING HIM TO FALL ON HIS REAR & BACK AT WHICH TIME HE EXPERIENCED PAIN LOWER RIGHT BACK.
