Brice Incorporated · Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

Employee was tightening a pressurized hydraulic fitting to stop a drip leak. He had barely touched his wrench to the fitting when it gave way releasing pressurized fluid. The crusher was NOT on/powerized but has contant pressure in the valves where the fitting was. The pressurized hyd. fluid shot out and cut his arm and neck.
