SETTING A CONVEYOR IN PLACE USING CHAIN ON LOADER. GUARD JERKED ANDMAN ON CONVEYOR SLIPPED AND HIT HIS SIDE ON PIECE OF HOPPER. KNOCKED WIND OT OF HIM. LATER IN EVENING STARTED HURTING INR IB AREA. HAD X-RAYS HSOWED 2 BROKE RIBS.
EE WAS WATCHING THE FEED CONVEYOR AND A LARGE ROCK CLOSED THE REGULARY COAL HOPPER 2 AT HAS FINGER DOOR DID NOT GOES AUTOMATICALLY DOOR TO THE RISE OF THE ROCK.
