EE SUPT OF THE LA ROSE PLANT WAS INJURED WHEN THE TURNTABLE ROLLER ASSEMBLY FELL FROM THE CAR BODY OF THE KOEHRING DRAGLINE MODEL THAT HE WAS DISMANTLYING HE SUFFERED A BROKEN JAW AND LACERATI ON THE ROLLER ASSEBLY WAS ON TOP OF THE SLOPED RING AND NOT SECURED PART WEIGHT ABOUT 250 LBS.
