EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING THE FLUIDS IN THE MOTOR OF A HAUL TRUCK WHICH HE WAS OPERATING AND HIS FOOT SLIPPED, CAUSING HIM TO FALL TO THE GROUND. EMPLOYEE SUFFERED A RIGHT FRACTURED HIP.
