ONCOMING GARBAGE TRUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADAT A NARROW INTERSECTION--THE TRUCK DRIVER TRIEDTO AVOID A COLLISION AND PULLED OFF TO THE EDGE OF THE ROAD WHERE THERE WAS SOFT SAND. AS IT PUL LED FURTHER INTO THE DITCH IT HIT AN EMBANKMENT WHERE PIPE CROSSES THE ROAD, TURNING THE TRUCK OVER AND UPSIDE DOWN.
