HI-LIFT OPERATOR WAS OUT OF HI-LIFT TO DUMP GRIZZLY.WAS RUNNING CONTROL WHEN A ROCK ROLLED DOWN CONVEYOR AND HIT HIM ON HEAD.OPERATOR DID NOT PUT ON HARD HAT WHEN HE LEFT HIS MACHINE.LACERATION ON LEFT SIDE OF HEAD REQUIRING SUTURES.
