OPERATOR WAS TRAMMING MACHINE OUT OF #5 INTRY. HIS HAND WAS ON THE FRAME OF EQUIPMENT . THE HELPER CALLED OUT TO THE OPERATOR. HE TURNED AROUND ST THE COULD HEAR BETTER. AT THIS POINT, THE MACHINE STRUCK THE RIB, CATCHING 2 FINGERS BETWEEN THE RIB & THE FRAME OF THE MACHINE
