THE WELDER HIT THE TRACKS OF A BULLDOZER WITH A HAMMER TO CLEAN RUST AND HARD MUD AFFIXED. THEREWAS AN APPARENT SMALL LAYER OF RUST FROM WHERE APARTICLE (FOREIGN OBJECT) FLEW TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FACE RESULTING IN AN IMBEDMENT. A PHYSICIAN REMOVED THE PARTICLE AND TREATED A VERY SHALLOW DEPTH INJURY IN ONLY ONE VISIT. HE RETURNED TO WORK SAME DAY.
