THIS EE WAS BEEN SUFFERING FROM LOW BACK PAIN FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS DURING THIS PERIOD HE HAS RECEIVED THERAPY A COUPLE OF TIMES. DURING THE PAST WEEK 20-26 OCT HE TRIED TO WORK AND DENY HIS PAIN UNTIL IT BECAME UNEARABLE. HE IS NOW REPORTED TO THE STATE INSURANCE CORPORATION. WHICH WILL GIVE HIM ALL NECESSARY MEDICAL ATTENTION.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS FEEDING A MILL WHEN APPARENTLY A DUST PARTICLE FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING STRUCK HIM IN HIS LEFT EYE. HE STARTED TO RUB IT, CAUSING SOME SEVERE IRRITATION.
EE WAS REPAIRING A LOADER ENGINE, LIFTING ITS DAMPER ASSEMBLY WHEN IT FELL, HE TOOK A DIRECT HIT ON HIS LEFT HAND INDEX FINGER, RESULTING IN AN INJURY WHICH NEEDED EIGHT STITCHES TO CLOSE, NO DISABILITY IS EXPECTED.
WHILE TRYING TO FIT A STEEL TEETH TO THE EXCAVATOR BUCKET WITH A BIG HAMMER A SMALL PARTICLE HIT HIS RIGHT CHEEK.
