EE HAD CRAWLED INTO THE FIELD HOPPER TO REMOVE A TREE LIMB THAT WAS STUCK. IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING THE LIMB, EE SLIPPED AND TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE AND LEG, CAUSING A SPRAIN TO THE KNEE AND L EG. EE HAD PREVIOUSLY INJURED THREE WEEKS PRIOR , IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT.

55061S REPLACING A STEEL GATE ON A SAND SCREEN WHILE SLIDING THE STEEL GATE THRU SLOTS ONE SIDE CAUGHT CAUSING THE OTHER END TO SLIP AND MASHED EE FIRST FINGER TIP OF THE RIGHT HAND CAUSING A 31359ATION TO SAME WHICH TOOK SEVEN STITCHES TO CLOSE.
