HE WAS GOING TO TIE UP THE CHANNEL OF THE CONVEYOR FROM THE ROOF. THROUGH THE MATERIAL STOREHOUSE WITH TENSOR CABLE. THIS CABLE WAS ALREADY TIED TO A COLUMN. WHEN HE GOT READY TO UNTIE THE CABLE IT BROKE AND FELL ON HIS LEFT EYELID.
