PUTTING A NEW ADJUSTING BOLT IN THE TAIL PULLEY & A PIECE OF DEBRIS GOT IN L EYE. EE CONATINUED TO WORK THE FULL DAY & TOWARDS EVENING THE PAIN BECAME INCREASING WORSE. AT 9:10PM EE WENT TO TH E ER AT CARIOU COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. FOREIGN BODY WAS REMOVED & EYE PATCHED. TYNENOL #3 WAS GIVEN FOR PAIN. NO PERMANENT DAMAGE TO EYE APPEARED TO BE DONE.

WHILE UNPLUGGING FEEDER HOPPER TO CONE CRUSHER A ROCK ROLLED DOWN FEEDER PILE AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE ON LEFT SHIN AREA CAUSING MINOR ABRASION. ABRASION CONTRACTED INFECTION. DR. SUGGESTED 2 DAYS OFF AND KEEP OFF AND KEEP EXTREMELY ELEVATED.
