WHILE BEING HANDED A NON-RETRACTABLE UTILITY KNIFE, VICTIM SLIPPED FORWARD. AS HE FELL TO HIS KNEES, THE KNIFE BLADE LARCERATED THE PALMAR SURFACE OF HIS RIGHT HAND.

THE TRUCK ROLLED OVER ON ITS POASSENGER SIDE WHILE THE OP WAS DRIVING IT BACK TO T HE PIT. POSSIBLE CAUSE OF ACCIDENT WAS DRIVING AT UNSAFE SPEED. THE ONLY DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK IS A BROKEN SIDE VIEW MIRROR & THE PASSENGER DOOR FRAME WAS SBENT.
