Unknown, waiting on autopsy results and State/Federal MSHA inspection reports. Mobile Concrete does not believe this fatality was work related. Verbal findings from Niobrara County Coroner indicate death was due to a cardiac episode.

EE TRIED TO STOP SERVICE TRUCK FROM ROLLING AND HE GOT CAUGHT IN BETWEEN THE BED OF THE SERVICE TRUCK AND THE SIDE OF A LOADER BUCKET. THE BED OF THE SERVICE TRUCK SMASHED HIS HIPS INTO THE SI DE OF THE LOADER BUCKET CAUSING FRACTURES IN THE PELVIC AREA.
