EE WAS DOING MAINTENANCE ON TOP OF EXCAVATOR--UNBOLTED GRATE OVER ENGINE--PUT WEIGHT ON UNBOLTED GRATE AND FELL APPROX. 7' HOLDING GRATING WHILE FALLING--HIT P/U TRUCK WITH BACK BEFORE HITTING GROUND AND ANOTHER EE. LEFT KNEE BENT BACKWARDS.
