EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS REMOVING A ROLLER ASSEMBLY FROM A BELT TAILPEICE. WHEN HE LOOSENED THE BOLTSA AND STARTED TO PULL ASSEMBLY TOWARD HIM THE OPERATOR SIDE FELL DOWN CAUSING HIS SIDE TO CO ME UP QUICKLY. HIS HAND WAS ON TOP OF THE ROLLER AND BECAME CAUGHT BETWEEN THE ROLLER AND THE FRAME OF THE TAILPEICE CATCHING HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER.
