EE was working to unbolt a pipe hanger while on a ladder. EE completed EE's task and was descending an extension ladder when it began to move causing EE to fall. EE fell approximately 8' onto EE's back. EE landed on EE's retractable lanyard causing a contusion and pain to EE's lower back. EE was taken for evaluation and x-rays.
