AT THE TIME OF 3NJURY, EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING MATERIAL INSIDE THE WEST MILL BUILDING. APPARENTLY, A PIECE OF THE COLD STEEL WORKED ITS WAY BEHIND HIS SAFETY GOGGLES AND ENTERED LEFT EYE. EMPLOYE E WAS SENT TO T2E DOCTOR FOR TREATMENT AND RETURNED TO WORK. FIVE DAYS LATER, EMPLOYEE COMPLAINED OF SORENESS IN LEFT EYE AND WAS SENT BACK TO THE DOCTOR FOR ADDITIONAL TREATMENT.
