EMPLOYEE CLIMBED ON FENDER OF EUCLID DUMP TO CLEAN WINDSHIELD. WHILE CLIMBING DOWN HE SLIPPED AND FELL. HIS LEG GOT CAUGHT ON STEERING COLUMN AND HYPEREXTENDED HIS LIGAMENT ON HIS RIGHT KNEE.
