LLOYD WAS HELPING ON 300 GALIS ROOF BOLTER 5\ INSIDE MINE INTAKE. HE WAS HOLDING BOLT WRENCH AS THE BOLT WAS BEING LOOSENED. HE HAD LEATHER PALMED GLOVES ON AT THE TIME. THE GLOVES TIGHTENED U P ON THE BOLT WRENCH AND PULLED HIS LEFT THUMB OFF.
