EE WAS ADJUSTING THE TENSION ON A S&S SLIDE BELTTAIL USING A 3' 1" SOLID STEEL ROD. THE ROD SLIPPED OUT OF THE JACK SOCKET HITTING HIM ON THE RIGHT CHEEK CAUSING AN ABRASION.
