EE WAS TIGHTENING LUG NUTS ON WABCO ROCK TRUCK WITH 3/4" RATCHET. SOCKET SLIPPED OFF BOLT PINCHING HIS SMALL FINGER BETWEEN RIM & RATCHET. REQUIRED 4 STITCHES.
Accident happened when operator exited excavator, took 2 steps on the ground and twisted ankle on a rock. He then went to get it checked that night. dr at emergency room told him it was just sprained. His personal dr later found that it was broken, and had prior problems with same ankle.
