THE VICTIM WAS FOUND SLUMPED OVER ON THE WALKWAY OUTSIDE OF THE CRUSHER CONTROL BOOTH. THE MEDICAL EXAMINER S REPORT INDICATED THAT THE VICTIM HAD BEEN ELECTROCUTED. AN EE WHO WENT TO ASSIST H IM ALSO RECEIVED AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND WAS SENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR OBSERVATION. THE SPECIFIC SOURCE OF THE ACCIDENT HAS YET TO BE DETERMINED.

AS HE GOTTO THE MIDDLE OF THE PILE HE ATTEMPTED TO DUMP OFF THE SIDE OF THE PILE INSTEAD OF THE END. THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL SUNK IN THE MATERIAL CAUSING THE LOADED TRUCK TO TIP ON ON ITS SIDE.
