ROOF BOLTER WAS REACHING FOR PINNER STEEL WHEN A PIECE OF DRAW SLATE MEASURING 1" THICK BY 4" WIDE AND 4" LONG FELL FROM THE ROOF AND STRUCK HIM ON THE HAND CAUSING A FRACTURE OF HIS LEFT THIR D FINGER.
