Poultry wire became entangled in driveshaft of a forklift. Operator shut down machine & went to the shop 100ft away to have a mechanic remove wire. A miner saw the wire & tried to remove it. The machine was not tagged; another forklift operator started the machine & proceeded forward when he felt he hit something. Operator saw miner under machine & called for help.
