CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE MUD AND WATER IN THE PIT. WHEN HE STEPPED ON A LATCH TO DEEPEN AUGER FLITES HIS LEFT FOOT SLIPPED THEN HIS RIGHT FOOT WHICH RESULTED IN A SPRAIN TO HIS RIGHT SHOULDER BECAUSE HE WAS HOLDING ONTO A HANDRAIL.
