EE WAS ADJUSTING CONVEYOR BELT WHEN THE END OF HIS WRENCH CAUGHT THE MOVING CONVEYOR UNDERNEATH WHICH JAMMED HIS HAND AGAINST A BANG PLATE. EE SAID HIS WRENCH SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED.

HE WAS A DIABETIC. HE TOOK HIS MEDICINE AND DID NOT EAT. IT CAUSED HIM TO GO INTO DIABETIC SHOCK AND THEN CAUSED A HEART ATTACK RESULTING IN DEATH. PLANT WAS NOT OPERATING. THEY WERE WAITING T O CHANGE SCREENS.
