EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING ROCK OUT OF JAW CRUSHER WITH A PRY BAR. HE HANDED PRY BAR TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND IT WAS DROPPED HITTING A SWITCH THAT TURNED ON THE FEEDER AND CAUSED ROCKS TO FALL ON EM PLOYEE.
