Kesson and Kesson Inc. employed two temporary laborers to work at their Silica Crushing Plant on FMI Miami property. The two employees engaged in conversation which resulted into a physical altercation where the second employee struck the injured employee in the mouth, resulting in a laceration to IE's lower lip.
